CALCULATING INVESTOR PERFORMANCE REPORTS.

The Woodyard Stock Report utilizes some of the most stringent self-imposed guidelines in the industry to calculate on-going Performance Reports.

Individual share prices are determined as follows: The closing price on the start date and the closing price on the ending date for each stock in the report will be used to calculate the percent change in the value of The Woodyard Reports.

If a stock is no longer being traded on the ending date of a particular report (because of a merger, buyout, bankruptcy, or other condition) the last available closing price for that stock will be used. No substitutions or replacements are made for non-trading stocks. All non-trading stocks will be assumed to be liquidated at the closing price on the last day traded. The possibility of further investments or interest accrued from cash on hand from the sale of that stock will not be calculated.

Dividends and transactional costs are not included in the calculation of a stocks performance.

CALCULATING TRADER PERFORMANCE REPORTS.

The Woodyard Trader Performance Report utilizes some of the most stringent self-imposed guidelines in the industry to calculate on-going Performance Reports.

Each Performance report reflects the listed stocks from the first month of that report only. For example: if the report covers the dates 10-01-2003 to 11-30-2003 then this is the report for all stocks listed in October 2003 only. Individual share prices are determined as follows: The closing price on the start date and the best closing price between the start date and the ending date for each stock in the report will be used for the calculations in the The Woodyard Trader Performance Report.

If a stock is no longer being traded on the ending date of a particular report (because of a merger, buyout, bankruptcy, or other condition) the best closing price for that stock will be used as stated above. No substitutions or replacements are made for non-trading stocks or stocks positions that were closed before the ending date of the report. All non-trading stocks will be assumed to be liquidated at the best closing price of the date range. The possibility of further investments or interest accrued from cash on hand from the sale of those stocks will not be included.

Dividends and transactional costs are not included in the calculation of a stocks performance.
